Founded in January 2022 by Nadine Kaufman, Designs X Nadine was created from a passion for fashion and a vision to offer a truly personalized, high-quality alterations experience. After gaining extensive experience across multiple roles within the fashion industry, Nadine made the decisive move to leave her position as a District Manager of Alterations in October 2021 and establish her own atelier and fashion brand.

What began as a small studio quickly grew into a leading destination for bridal and formalwear alterations and custom design in the Mid-Missouri region. As demand increased, Nadine assembled a skilled “I Do Crew” and expanded into a larger, state-of-the-art studio, earning a reputation for couture-level craftsmanship, thoughtful service, and exceptional attention to detail.

Now entering its next chapter, Designs X Nadine proudly calls Sarasota, Florida home. Relocating to the Gulf Coast marks a long-standing dream realized and allows the brand to expand its offerings while bringing its signature craftsmanship to the Sarasota wedding community. The Downtown Sarasota studio welcomes both local clients and destination brides, including those traveling in for DXN’s exclusive three-day destination fitting experience.

Designs X Nadine’s success was shaped in large part by the talented team of women who helped build the brand in Missouri. Their dedication, skill, and collaborative spirit laid the foundation for the studio’s strong reputation and continue to influence its standards today. As the brand grows in Florida, Nadine looks forward to thoughtfully rebuilding a team that reflects the same commitment to quality, care, and craftsmanship.

The studio also features a curated selection of veils, jewelry, and accessories, all styled with personalized guidance during fittings.
