Founded in January 2022 by Nadine Kaufman, Designs X Nadine was born out of a passion for fashion and a dream to create a personalized, high quality alterations experience for clients. After gaining extensive experience in various roles within the fashion industry, Nadine made the bold decision to leave her position as a District Manager of Alterations in October 2021 and launch her own atelier and fashion brand. What began as a small venture quickly grew into a leading destination for bridal and formal wear alterations and custom design in the mid Missouri region. With growing demand and an ever expanding clientele, Nadine assembled a skilled “I Do Crew” and moved into a larger, state of the art studio to meet the needs of her brides.

As Designs X Nadine enters its next chapter, the studio will relocate to Sarasota, Florida in January 2026. Moving the brand to the coast has always been one of Nadine’s long term goals and this transition allows her to expand her services, introduce her signature three day destination fitting experience, and bring her couture level craftsmanship to the Gulf Coast wedding community. The new studio will be located in Downtown Sarasota and will welcome both local clients and brides traveling in for fittings.

Today, Designs X Nadine represents a standard of excellence shaped by a talented team of women who have contributed to the brand’s success. Their diverse skills and unwavering commitment to quality created a warm, welcoming environment that defined the studio in Missouri and built the strong reputation carried into Florida. In addition to bridal alterations, DXN offers custom fashion design, styling services, bustling assistance, menswear tailoring, and more. The brand also features a curated selection of veils, jewelry, and accessories, all available with personalized styling guidance during fittings.
