OUR STORY

Designs X Nadine opened for business in January 2022 by Nadine Kaufman. After a variety of jobs within the fashion industry, Nadine left her position as a District Manager of Alterations in October 2021 to pursue launching her own atelier and fashion brand. The business swiftly became a spearhead of bridal/formal-wear alterations and custom fashion design within the mid-Missouri region. With the rapid increase in the number of clientele and requests for her services, Nadine curated a highly specialized team and moved to a large studio space.

DXN now employs 6 women, with a breadth of backgrounds and experience, which make up the perfect “I Do Crew”. Our depth of care, unmatched level of expertise in the bridal alterations space and welcoming environment make for an exceptional alterations experience.

In addition to bridal and formal-wear alterations, we offer “Custom Design Consultations”, “Wedding Day Getting Ready Services”, “Bridal Styling Consultations”, “Formal Menswear Tailoring”, “On-Location Seamstress Services” and have recently added a small bridal boutique with a carefully curated selection of rehearsal dresses, shoes, veils, accessories, gifts and more.
